The Pluton Electronic offers patients clinically proven, safe and effective anti-aging beauty treatments that deliver immediate and long-lasting results.
Apart from the standard equipment hat has been used in physical therapy and medicine, such as Diadynamic, TENS, inferential and exponential currents, magnets, low-and high-power lasers, as well as the 1 MHz and 3 MHz ultrasound, we have been producing cosmetics equipment for the last nine years as well. PLUTON Electronic expert team consists of three engineers, M.Sc., several MDs, specialized in various areas, as well as a number of certified technicians. The owner is a B.Sc. degree in electronics with a long experience production in the medical equipment.

Hannelore Leavy has lived the spa life all her life. As a native of Vienna, Austria where spas are a way of life, in her capacity as Marketing Director of the Austrian National Tourist Office in New York City, she started to promote health vacations to European spas. Her 20+ years of experience in the promotion of travel and tourism made her a natural candidate to become “Jeffrey Joseph’s Spa‑Finders ” Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Associate Publisher of THE SPA FINDER. She was the innovator of many of his projects, including the organization of the first Spa Symposium in 1990 from which I/SPA (International Spa Association) emerged.
Since the mid‑1980’s Hannelore has been a strong voice for the U.S. spa industry. She is considered a major source for information on spas in general and the day spa industry in particular, which she started to identify as early as 1991, publishing the first DAY SPA DIRECTORY in 1994.
Ms. Leavy went on to be the founder and executive director of THE DAY & MEDICAL SPA ASSOCIATIONS, professional trade associations dedicated to the education of the consumer as to the benefits and availability of spa treatments; for professionals to preserve and elevate the standard of spa services. In her capacity she conducted numerous professional research / marketing studies and published various white papers on the industry, including “The Evolution & Future of the Day Spa & Medical Spa Industries”.
Hannelore has appeared on CNN Financial News and MSNBC, she has been quoted hundreds of times in all major newspapers and magazines (such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Spa Life, Newsweek, Skin Inc., Day Spa Magazine, etc.) in the US and international. She conducted workshops at most trade shows in the US and abroad throughout the past 20 years as well as key notes at the Day Spa Expo in Las Vegas, at conferences in Germany, Italy, Brazil, Argentina and China; she served on the Advisory Board of various industry publications, such as Day Spa Magazine and Spa Management Journal.
At the present Ms. Leavy is head of a specialized consulting firm that assists businesses in the spa and wellness industry in their promotion, customer satisfaction and market reach worldwide.

Dr. De La Rosa was born in 1983 and grew up in Los Jardines Metropolitanos, Santiago City, Dominican Republic. He obtained the Diploma in Professional Practical Nurse from Polytechnic Mexico in 2002. He was interested in helping others very early working in rural health and education programs for poor community occupying the position of director of rural health for Creighton University is a Catholic university bringing health to the most needy, serving comprehensive health program. Them pass to join the cord of the national army as medical staff participating in rigorous training and provided critical emergency services in garrison and hospitals.
Then he decides to upgrade their academic levels graduating Doctor of General Medicine in UTESA university of Santiago, Dom. Rep. in 2009. He did his medicine, surgical, Ob-Gyn, pediatrician, psychiatric internship program at HJMC&B, Dr. Arturo Grullon, IDSS Hospitals. He also specialized in General Sonography in INSIMED 2010 with internship program in IDSS, HOSPITEN Hospitals Santo Domingo, Dom. Rep.
Motivated by the world decides to train aesthetic laser cosmetic surgery and reconstructive with the Professor Dr. Rafael Pichardo at Corominas Clinic and HJMC&B 2010-2013.
The mayor of the city of Santiago selected him as one of the most community youth talented young men in Santiago City therefore, was nominated Doctor Adviser of the Mayor Gilberto Serulle 2010. He has been a member of professional associations and societies which include Dominican Medical Association (DMA), Hispanic Association of Health Professional (AHPSI) and EMAUS Catholic team. His commitment to help other doctors in need and serve the Hispanic community.
